Dual Enrollment

**IF A STUDENT DOES NOT ATTEND WRMS, THEY MUST HAVE COMPLETED THE DUAL ENROLLMENT PROCESS BEFORE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE**

Dual-enrollment athletes must register for their sport at the WRMS Office:

**Please contact the Registrar (Erica Petersen <epetersen@blaineschools.org>)to make an appointment.  This process may require 30 minutes.  

1. Please bring 3 Proofs of Residency,
2. a Copy of your Original Birth Certificate or Passport
3. an Immunization Record
4. a Sports Physical
5. and the most recent Grade Portfolio from your school.
